Shipments are sent through the Correos Express service throughout Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, to the address indicated in the purchase process. The approximate delivery time is 24 working hours, but it can be affected by various climatic or geological issues.

The shipping cost is € 3.95, and for shipments over € 50 the shipping is free.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or a change.

The conditions to accept these returns are the following:

- that the product retains its original packaging and has not been unsealed or used.

- that the original labels have not been removed.

- that the sealed fist has not been removed.

- that has not been used (a rally leaves signs and marks that make its subsequent sale impossible).

- that no accessories such as overgrips or protectors have been incorporated, or manipulated in any other way.

To complete your return, we require the invoice or proof of your purchase.

After contacting your credit card company, it may take a while for them to post your refund.
